I am fascinated by the way people act and react in all kind of situations and eager to discover what drives one’s behavior, I am always searching for ways to push myself beyond limits, trying to empower my intrinsic motivation and find new motivational factors. Challenging situations make me activate resources I wouldn’t otherwise be able to use at maximum – enthusiasm, energy, creativity and motivation. Working under pressure has its benefits and can help me work at my full capacity.
