I’m Fine uses Zoom to create video conferences between a psychotherapist and one of their clients using our calendar. By impersonating the psychotherapist's own Zoom account using OAuth, a video conference is added for each online calendar event that is using the Zoom video provider. To use this feature, a psychotherapist must first enable the Zoom integration from settings and authorize the I’m Fine application. It can easily be disable at any time from settings.
The main usage for Zoom in I’m Fine is to create online therapy sessions for psychotherapists and their clients.
Prerequisites:
Unable to add Zoom Meeting to calendar therapy session
Please choose the Zoom provider after you have chosen to create online meetings. If this does not work, please contact Support.
Unable to access my Zoom Meeting Recordings from I’m Fine
This feature is not available directly in I’m Fine. Please open the Zoom app and find the recordings there.
Unable to find my session with Zoom Meeting enabled
You can see your next sessions in the I’m Fine Calendar or for each client in the “Next sessions” section.
