Adela Anănuță

About me

I am Adela, graduate of the Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences of Babeș-Bolyai University, with a bachelor's degree in Psychology and a master's degree in Clinical Psychology, Psychological Counselling and Psychotherapy. I am accredited by the Romanian College of Psychologists in clinical psychology and cognitive-behavioral psychotherapy. In my practice I use a range of techniques and exercises from Cognitive-Behavioural Psychotherapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Schema Therapy, being attentive that the story of the people in front of me and their resources are honoured in the approach we build together. I rely on collaboration in the therapeutic relationship, trusting that each person can choose to act in the direction of the life they want, with sufficient support, encouragement and guidance. In both my professional and personal life, I am guided by values such as respect for the experience and story of others, developing one's potential, and last but not least, kindness directed not only towards others but also towards ourselves. With patience and warmth, I encourage authenticity and the expression of everyone's individuality, and I am grateful to be a part of the life stories of the people I interact with.
