Hiii there, this is Alexandra! I am in a continuous learning process within EFT - emotion-centered therapy, I followed a master's degree focused on child, couple and family psychotherapy, my motto being "through a relationship we are hurt, through a relationship we can heal" ", therapy being a form through which we can reconnect and reposition ourselves in the relationship with our own person in the safest space. What happens when we feel stuck? When we seem to be spinning in an imaginary circle in our minds, through already well-known patterns. Why can't I get rid of a constant feeling of sadness that accompanies me everywhere? How can you connect with the other after a conflict? Why do I shut myself up? It looks like no one will see or hear. It's such a human thing: the fears, the needs, the emotions, the insecurities that form the inner map of our lives and tell us the story of the experiences we've been through, constantly reminding us in the present that a void has been left behind that so desperately needs to be healed. "The only way out is through". as dr. Les Greenberg so well says. The better we know ourselves, the more we can make choices that better suit our needs, honor ourselves and others through healing and healthy relationships, learn to offer ourselves self-compassion and love, and last but not least, live more present.
