About me

I am a psychologist and psychotherapist in Timisoara in continuous exploration, self-development and learning. The discipline of psychology is for me an infinite source of knowledge, an infinitely beautiful journey because it is interested in the human soul: a boundless microcosm. What we are today is only a tiny part of what we can be, and the fact that you are reading these lines means that you are also on the path of self-knowledge, of discovering your latent potential. For your courage to embark on this precious path, I want to congratulate you! Psychology became my passion very early, when I was 10 years old. I listened with delight and wonder to various guest psychologists on television and felt that this was the path I would walk. Then gradually I started to dabble in this field by reading books, articles, looking closely at the people around me and understanding their behaviours. This path led to Timisoara, where I studied more and more facets of the human soul in college, master's and training in Transpersonal Psychotherapy. In order to better understand the person and their difficulties, and to accompany them on their journey towards understanding and healing, I approach the person from a bio-psycho-socio-spiritual perspective. This builds a holistic picture of the person and helps me to better understand what they are facing and what resources are available to them to move forward. In my profession as a psychologist and psychotherapist I am totally dedicated to understanding you, without expectations, without judgement, so that you have an environment where you feel safe to look within and together we move towards healing. In order to be most effective as a professional, it requires continuous training, refining what you have already learned and not stopping yourself from learning more.
