At some point in life, many of us reach a place where the strategies that once helped us move forward no longer seem enough. Sometimes it is anxiety, grief, relationship difficulties, a major life transition, or simply a persistent feeling that something is not quite right. I believe that therapy is not about fixing something that is broken, but about developing a deeper understanding of your experiences, your emotions, and the patterns that shape your life. In my work, I strive to create a space where there is room for questions, vulnerability, reflection, and authenticity. A space where you do not need to prove anything, and where you can explore, at your own pace, what truly matters to you. I work with adults who seek greater clarity in their relationship with themselves, with others, or with the direction of their lives. I view the therapeutic process as a meaningful collaboration between two people, built on trust, respect, and genuine curiosity about the complexity of human experience. Part of my work is dedicated to Romanians living abroad who are navigating the challenges of building a life in a different cultural and social environment. Relocation can bring valuable opportunities, but it may also raise less visible challenges: adapting to a new culture, being far from loved ones, questions of belonging, rebuilding meaningful connections and personal reference points, or struggling to feel truly “at home.” These experiences can bring emotional and psychological challenges that are often easier to explore with support. Meaningful change does not always happen quickly. Yet when our experiences begin to make sense within a broader understanding of ourselves, change can become more stable, intentional, and lasting.
