About me

Ana Leah Psychologist, Trauma & Attachment Therapy, Couples & Family Therapist, NLP Trainer & Coach English-speaking psychologist. I am a Master's graduate in Clinical Psychology, a Psychological Counselor, trained within the Romanian Experiential Psychotherapy Society (SPER), NLP Trainer, and Coach. Postgraduate training in Trauma and Attachment - psychotherapeutic interventions for individuals and couples. I have over 13 years of experience in developing and providing psychological counseling services, vocational counseling, and organizing support and personal development groups. Experience with anxiety, panic attacks, sadness & depression, managing stress, and increasing self-esteem. I work with transgender clients and their families. I work with anyone who is at a crossroads or in difficulty. I want to help people get clarity, feel understood, improve their communication and relationships, and face their joys and pains. I also work with transgender persons and their family members. My mission is to accompany people in optimizing their lives, the relationships they build, and the work they do, to become the best version of themselves.​ I believe in life and the resilience of the human spirit, in the willpower and inner strength of people, in the search for meaning in life as well as in the quality of our relationships.
