As a psychotherapist, I am here to support you in overcoming the obstacles that stand in your way. Your zest for life, curiosity, and desire to connect with yourself, to be authentic and grow — these already exist within you. To nurture them, I invite you to co-create a therapeutic relationship with me, as this very relationship will become the main agent of your personal transformation. In our therapeutic work, I bring over nine years of practical experience and professional expertise. I will do everything in my power to create a non-judgmental, safe, and supportive environment where you can feel truly seen and understood. I invite you to enter this space with openness to self-discovery and the determination to invest in improving your quality of life. Together, we need to trust that by speaking honestly and openly throughout the therapeutic process, we can reach meaningful and lasting results. I, too, am engaged in my own therapeutic journey — it allows me to experience psychotherapy from both perspectives: as a client and as a professional. As a client, I’ve come to realize how challenging it can be to open up, to face parts of myself I may have avoided or rejected. And at the same time, how rewarding it is to grow in self-awareness, make new choices, express myself more fully, and become more authentic in my relationship with myself and with others. As a psychotherapist, I accompany my clients through their ups and downs — from confusion toward greater clarity and deeper connection with themselves. Being both a therapist and a client constantly reaffirms my belief in the power and effectiveness of psychotherapy — a process that can benefit us all. On this journey, perseverance and patience truly make a difference. My core training includes Transactional Analysis Psychotherapy, Schema Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Clinical Psychology. I also integrate elements from other approaches, such as Attachment Theory and recent findings in neuroscience, to tailor therapy to each individual. In addition, I am a certified Circle of Security Parenting educator. As a psychotherapist, I am here to support you in overcoming the obstacles that stand in your way. I am currently in training in Somatic Experiencing® (1st year of study out of 3), driven by a deep understanding of how essential the body is in processing and healing from emotional trauma. Our bodies carry the imprints of past experiences, and learning to skillfully work with the body’s innate resources allows for a more complex and lasting integration. This approach helps discharge the physiological tension caused by overwhelming events, restoring a sense of safety, connection, and resilience in the self.
