About me

If you feel stuck in feelings or situations that you can no longer get out of, if the things you used to do no longer brings you any satisfaction or if you simply no longer find meaning in what you do, I invite you to start a journey together. Online or in the office, I take it upon myself to create a safe and warm environment where we can talk about the pains that are weighing you down, your motivations, your joys or the direction you want to take. Sometimes it can be overwhelming or impossible to find our way on our own, but with the right amount of patience and determination from both of us, we can bring light where it has diminished. From my role as a therapist, but also from my personal and ongoing work, I have come to understand that the questions you ask yourself are keys that open inner doors. A well-phrased question has the ability to unlock long-closed locks, to loosen heavy chains, and once the door opens and you begin to feel that draft, you know you've taken another step towards yourself. Every inner journey is unique, and if you feel that now is the time to begin yours, I am here to accompany you on your personal journey.
