About me

Hello there! I'm Anitha and I am a person-centered psychotherapist, clinical psychologist and school counsellor. In my practice, I have had the privilege of supporting children, adolescents, and adults on their journey toward self-discovery and deep acceptance of their own emotions. I believe that every individual is at the center of their healing journey, and they know best their own needs, the path that best suits them, and the pace at which they need to travel.
