About me

Hello, I’m Bianca Toader, licensed clinical psychologist and experiential psychotherapist. I offer a supportive space for children, adolescents, and adults to explore personal challenges and emotional growth. I have a diverse background in working with a wide range of emotional challenges — from anxiety, depression, attachment or personality disorders, to trauma, difficult relationships, the search for personal meaning, and offering support to individuals from the LGBTQ+ community. My approach is personalized, empathetic, and paced to each client’s unique needs. I believe in the power of a therapeutic relationship built on trust, authenticity, and genuine care for the person in front of me. Sessions are available online or in person, in Bucharest. I believe in a personalized, empathetic approach, focused on creating safety, trust, and meaningful change.
