I’m Carmen Radu, a Clinical Psychologist, a Cognitive-Behavioral Psychotherapist under supervision and a Relational Psychoanalytic Psychotherapist in training, accredited by the Romanian College of Psychologists. For me, psychotherapy is a living space of human connection, a deep process of self-discovery, transformation, and reconnection with oneself. I strongly believe in the value of the therapeutic relationship: a safe, empathic and non-judgmental space where you can explore meanings, emotions, inner conflicts and personal resources. Each therapy session is, for me, an opportunity to co-create a path toward self-understanding and a more conscious, authentic life. My clinical experience spans both private practice and non-profit mental health services. I work with individuals facing a wide range of emotional and relational challenges, including anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, addictions, relationship difficulties, sexuality-related concerns, grief and loss, self-harm, a history of abuse, gender dysphoria, eating disorders and personality disorders. I also work with members of the LGBTQIA+ community, honoring the uniqueness and complexity of each person’s journey. Therapy requires work, courage and presence, but it is also an act of self-care and a meaningful choice to live with purpose. I’m here to support you in this process with respect, gentleness and dedication. My approach is human, empathic and attuned to each person’s individual rhythm and needs. Psychotherapy is life itself: it is the encounter with the deeper layers of the self, an authentic relationship and the shift from merely surviving to living with meaning, presence and intention.
