About me

I am psychoterapist trained in developmental trauma, Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), EMDR and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I work with anxiety, depression, attachement difficulties and addictions, but I see the person as a whole and use tailored approaches. I also like working with parents that are open to have a better relationship with their kids. I am a trauma informed paychoterapist and I create a safe and emphtic environment. I am looking forward to walk near you on the way to healing from inside-out.
