About me

I am a clinical psychologist with training and experience acquired in England and Romania. My therapeutic approach is derived from training in CBT, a practice based on empirically supported techniques and psychological techniques derived from neuroscience. In my professional development, I have supported people with various socio-cultural backgrounds, diverse sexual orientations and life experiences, people with different types of psychiatric and medical diagnoses and, individuals who wish to develop in certain areas, to be present in their own lives and to live them with meaning.
