About me

I am a psychotherapist accredited by the Romanian College of Psychologists, with over 8 years of experience in the clinical and private field. I work with people of all ages, couples, and families, supporting those who suffer deeply and feel that they do not find their place in this world. Psychotherapy and the opportunity to support people are, for me, more than a profession; it's a meaning, a calling. It is the way I contribute to changing the world. The most important thing for me is to create a welcoming and safe space where people can know themselves, accept themselves, and grow. I believe that universal ethics, the relational approach, authenticity, and humanity are the glue of healing in an increasingly complex and overwhelming society. That is why my professional orientation is a humanist and ecological one. I am dedicated to my continuing education as a psychotherapist, with complementary training, courses, and workshops in psychopathology, trauma therapy, sexual abuse trauma, couple psychotherapy, neuropsychology, and psychosomatics. In addition, I study passionately and with reverence the field of perennial philosophy, eastern spirituality, meditation, shamanism, and healing by reconnecting with the source of life - nature. And last but not least, I am a student of the world. I learn from each patient, from masters and mentors, but also from peasants, how to be among people. Currently, I work exclusively online, because one year ago, I moved to the village, from where I never want to leave. In the long term, I intend to build a healing and retreat centre in the heart of nature. I also work couples' therapy as a co-therapist together with my partner, in the unique 2:2 formula, in an online format.
