About me

Thank you for your interest in my profile. My name is Daniela Iordache, I am a psychoanalytic psychotherapist and I am passionate about the inner dynamics of people in relation to themselves, to their partner, to those close to them, to life. Psychoanalytic psychotherapy can bring change where everything seems immutable and incomprehensible, encouraging a sense of confidence in life. As a psychoanalytic psychotherapist, I am here to listen and together to wait for the right answers, to re-discover a deep intuition of which each person is capable of. I am in service of the potential we have not just the traumatised, painful aspects. I offer a space to explore and understand the inner and outer, conscious and unconscious emotions and mechanisms that can influence and sabotage us more than we can realise on our own. If you often feel sadness for no apparent reason, or an inexplicable attraction to certain people or areas, they may mean something. By understanding unconscious patterns, one can unlock complex states and restore authentic contact with self, body and others. A therapeutic process of this type can be uncomfortable at times, but it can open up new perspectives into as yet undiscovered areas of your being. I prefer a holistic approach that brings together soul, mind and body, to understand impasses, find and build a more balanced psycho-emotional functioning, more free of unconscious schemes, and more responsible towards one's own desires, towards power, but also one's real limitations. The sessions are confidential. The price varies between 130-160 lei, depending on the number of sessions.
