Overview

About me

Psychotherapy is not an easy process, but it is a possible path toward the inner peace we all need. My name is Panseluța. I was born in Piatra Neamț in July 1988 and grew up in Bodești - Neamț, in a family with two older sisters and one older brother. I am the youngest. I began my university studies in Iași, at the Faculty of Sociology and Social Work, and later moved to Bucharest, driven by heart and youthful spirit. I completed my studies and pursued a master’s degree in Human Resources. I had always wanted to work with people, but I was quite afraid to truly get close to them. I have been working for 14 years in the same company, in sales and support for clients in public administration. Here, I grew, learned tremendously, and spent most of my professional life, eventually becoming a sales manager and leading multiple teams. I was somewhat of a workaholic, but I invested a great deal of passion, seriousness, and commitment into every project I was part of. About my personal life: I am not married and I don't have children yet. I have been in a stable relationship for 9 years. I believe in love, loyalty, and resilience in the face of relational challenges. I dedicated more energy to my professional life than to my personal one, not because I don't believe in "the other path," but because I accept my own life perspective. I believe that nothing happens by chance and that life has an extraordinary skill of bringing us exactly where we need to be. Since 2016, I have been on a journey of personal development, driven by a burning desire to become "better" in everything I did. I became certified as an NLP practitioner, trained as a coach, and participated in sessions and trainings in systemic coaching. I applied these tools in my work, but I avoided truly looking within myself. The pandemic shook me, as it did many of us. It was a moment of decline, but also a turning point. I decided to look honestly at myself and my needs. That’s when I discovered a large bundle of unspoken matters and unprocessed emotions. I started by reading a lot and doing my own analysis, and then I took a concrete step: I enrolled in an integrative psychotherapy training at the Romanian Association of Integrative Psychotherapy, had my psychology studies accredited at the University of Bucharest, and started my own therapeutic process. Integrative psychotherapy is an approach that places the uniqueness of the person at the center and combines several psychological schools — cognitive-behavioral, psychodynamic, humanistic, and somatic — to create a flexible and profound process. It’s a type of therapy that seeks to integrate not only methods but also the soul, the body, thoughts, and emotions of the person. Among the techniques I use are Gestalt therapy, transactional analysis, emotional work, mindfulness techniques, and somatic awareness practices — all adapted to the real needs of the person coming into therapy. Psychotherapy: - Helps you understand what you feel and why; - Supports you in processing old wounds and healing emotional scars; - Teaches you to manage anxiety, depression, stress, or loss; - Provides a safe space where you can be completely honest with yourself; - Helps you change thought and behavior patterns that are holding you back; - Increases your self-esteem and confidence in your own resources; - Improves your relationships with others and with yourself; - Offers you a place where you can rediscover meaning, joy, and balance. In therapy sessions, you will learn to forgive, to find your place in the world, and to restore your soul. You will find a safe space where I will challenge you to know yourself, grow, accept yourself, and regain your balance.
