About me

My style is open, collaborative and holistic, eclectic and based on effective methods from contemporary psychology. I provide a safe, non-judjmental and supportive environment in my practice. I often focus in therapy on the connection, quality of relationships, emotions, belief systems, motivation and most important SELF. I have completed my studies last year in clinical psychology and psychotherapy in Romania but most importantly I am dedicated to my own process of personal and spiritual growth. The proffesional knowledge, my personal life experiences, my empathy and my natural, open way of connecting to people help me understand deeply the complexity of my client's problems. I believe each one of us has the potential to take ownership of our lives, change and manifest their best dreams.
