Cluj-Napoca
Hello! I’m Monica Bartucz, a Cognitive-Behavioral Psychotherapist accredited by the Romanian College of Psychologists since 2015. I hold a PhD in Psychology from Babeș-Bolyai University in Cluj-Napoca (2022), where my research focused on how psycho-cultural factors influence the development and maintenance of mental health difficulties. For me, psychotherapy is an active and collaborative process, carried out in an empathetic, open, and confidential environment. Its purpose is to help people gain a clearer understanding of how their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors interact, in order to reduce psychological distress and build a healthier, more balanced life aligned with their personal values and goals. I am committed to providing high-quality psychological care, grounded in evidence-based principles and methods. My therapeutic approach is structured yet flexible, goal-oriented, and tailored to the individual needs and context of each person I work with. I believe that lasting change occurs when scientific knowledge is applied within a therapeutic relationship characterized by empathy, collaboration, and respect. In this way, psychotherapy becomes a process through which individuals can enhance their clarity, adaptability, and psychological autonomy. My professional practice is guided by core values that reflect how I view this work: respect for human rights and individuality, trust, collaboration, effectiveness, and meaningful impact. Whether you are facing emotional challenges, stress, or relationship difficulties, or simply wish to strengthen your resilience and emotional balance, my services are designed to offer you reliable, science-based support. If you feel ready to begin this process of self-understanding and personal growth, I invite you to reach out with confidence.
