About me

I believe it is possible. It is possible to break free from patterns that keep you stuck, to let go of relationships that no longer serve you, and to transform confusion into clarity. It is possible to uncover your inner strength, to learn how to set boundaries by saying "NO" when needed, and to say an authentic "YES" to the life you truly desire. For me, healing is not just a word – it is a transformative journey. It involves reorganizing and making sense of the challenging moments of the past to create space for the resources you need today. It is about reconnecting with your authenticity, cultivating meaningful and supportive relationships, and returning to what truly fulfills you. What qualifies me to support you? In addition to my formal education and professional training, my personal experiences form a significant foundation for my work. I have engaged deeply in my own therapeutic processes – individually, with my family, as part of a couple, and in group settings. This personal journey, alongside my professional path, includes: Training in systemic family and couple psychotherapy; Expertise in transgenerational therapeutic methods (Generation Code, developed by german psychotherapist, Sabine Lück); Experience working with clients in the therapy room, supporting their pursuit of balance and well-being; Facilitating group activities with children and teenagers; Active involvement in volunteer programs that foster emotional growth and resilience. These experiences have given me a nuanced and grounded perspective on the journey of personal transformation. I understand that change can feel daunting, but I also know that it is possible.
