About me

Hi there, My name is Gabriela. I am a clinical psychologist and psychotherapist. I am also a PhD student in Psychology at Babeș-Bolyai University in Cluj-Napoca. One of my main goals is to try to make mental health services more accessible. That’s why, depending on my availability and time, I try to offer therapy sessions free of charge. For now, I only work ONLINE. At the moment, I have 2 spots available for free psychotherapy. 10 sessions are free, and, depending on your needs and circumstances, we can extend the contract afterward. If you’re ready for a change, uncertain of what the next step is in different situations, or simply need a shoulder to cry on, I’m here. ☀️ However, keep in mind that change comes from within (you’ve probably heard it before); if you want therapy to work, you need to be active in the process.
