This is my first experience with therapy, and I can honestly say that it has exceeded my expectations thanks to Ioana’s professionalism and genuine involvement. I really feel like the sessions help me — not just in understanding myself better, but also in making real progress emotionally and in my relationships. What I appreciate most is how balanced and genuine everything feels. I feel truly listened to and understood, while also being gently challenged to reflect more deeply and grow.
