About me

Mine is one of the typical stories where ever since the seventh grade I knew that I dreamed of becoming a psychotherapist. My path has been filled with a considerable amount of motivation, continuous effort and guidance, and today I feel that it is an honor to be practicing this profession. Even with all the challenges that occur, being alongside someone on their journey remains one of the most meaningful and fulfilling activities for me. In my practice, I believe in therapy that is tailored to individual needs, therefore I try to constantly develop in different therapeutic approaches such as acceptance and commitment therapy, schema therapy, functional analytic psychotherapy and compassion-focused therapy and blend these in my work. I appreciate the beauty in people and for me, part of what therapy means is turning a mirror towards the person in front of me and reflecting the valuable things I see. This profession helps me juggle between courage, curiosity towards human nature and gently and gratefully approaching the people in front of me.
