Hi! I'm Iolanda, a licensed clinical psychologist specializing in trauma. I'd like to share my "why" with you — a personal need to understand people beyond their story, while integrating science. It started as curiosity, but became the driving force behind everything I do. I work with curious people who aren't afraid to ask themselves questions about what's happening inside — people who want to understand and discover themselves, and who have the courage to feel. My approach is rooted in exploring what you already have — your own strengths, your personal experiences, and perhaps things you haven't yet seen in yourself. Together, we'll explore what matters to you, going beyond the symptoms to what lies beneath. The direction will be clear, but you will be your own guide.
