About me

Welcome! My name is Irina, I am a psychologist and a Tony Robbins coach. I am clinical psychologist under supervision and I am currently training in systemic family and couples psychotherapy. Tony Robbins' Strategic Coaching training complements my counseling skills and systemic approach to situations. I personally believe in happiness as a resource state that can be achieved when self-care and self-knowledge are optimal. I know a multitude of emotions, roles and identities from personal experiences and from accompanying others. I also understand the power of the eyes that look at us and the voice we hear within. I have experienced in my own therapeutic process how receiving a new perspective over a vulnerable or wounded part of myself has brought much relief and resources that I did not know existed. I strongly believe that I can create a framework of safety and trust in which clients can bring out their deeply human parts and allow them to access new roles for their health and happiness. In my practice, I work together with my clients in the direction they want and on the goals they set themselves or together. I believe that beautiful results are achieved when both therapist and client take ownership of the process and its share of responsibility.
