About me

Hello, I’m Loredana Fugaru, a licensed counselor and psychotherapist accredited by the College of Psychologists in Romania (CPR) and a member of the Romanian Association of Cognitive and Behavioral Psychotherapies (APCCR) since 2022. I am currently pursuing a Ph.D. in psychology at the Doctoral School of Evidence-Based Assessment and Psychological Interventions at Babeș-Bolyai University, Cluj-Napoca. My primary goal is to support individuals facing mental health challenges by applying various evidence-based interventions. The values that guide my professional activities are compassion, respect for people, collaboration, effectiveness, and reflectivity.
