About me

Hello! I am Lucian, clinical psychologist and integrative psychotherapist, member of the Romanian College of Psychologists. I believe that the therapeutic relationship is the main factor of change in therapy, and this is built on respect, goodwill and honesty. You make the decisions for your life, and I am with you and accompany you in this endeavor, making available to you, with all my openness, knowledge, care and attention. In therapy, I do not occupy a superior position, but I am here to accompany you in an endeavor. You are the expert in your own life. I believe that there are no perfect recipes or methods that give the same results for all people. We are complex beings in which several dimensions come together – emotional, spiritual, cognitive, behavioral and physiological. My role is to help you explore and integrate these dimensions so that you are able to solve your problems, access your own potential, achieve a higher level of functionality and have a better quality of life. I believe that taking responsibility for your own emotions, thoughts and actions is the first step towards growth and development.
