I am a clinical psychologist and a psychotherapist in training, and I use cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), besides others, as I am dedicated to continued learning throughout my practice. I am trained in clinical evaluations, as well as science-based interventions, to manage anxiety and stress, relationship with food, improve body image, as well as reduce procrastination and so many others.
