About me

My role is to be there as you blossom. I will listen and adapt to your needs, with patience and understanding ☀️ •First session is free •Discounts for students •LGBTQ friendly I am a clinical psychologist and a psychotherapist in training, and I use cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), besides others, as I am dedicated to continued learning throughout my practice. • clinical evaluations (ADHD, personality assessments) • primary counselling (science-based interventions, to manage anxiety and stress, relationship with food, improve body image, as well as reduce procrastination and so many others).
