About me

I am a Life coach and holistic therapist, working with people who feel stuck in emotional and relational patterns, whether it’s in their relationship with a partner, with their parents, or with themselves. These blockages often manifest as anxiety, burnout, or difficulties in everyday life. In my sessions, I weave together hypnotic regressions, body and emotional awareness, and the exploration of transgenerational influences with coaching tools, so that you can achieve the most effective results. The process is always personalized, according to each person’s needs. I create a safe and gentle space where you can listen to your inner truth, release the stories and beliefs that no longer serve you, and reconnect with your authenticity. The benefits of this process include greater clarity and inner peace, healthier relationships, and the freedom to make choices aligned with who you truly are. Three years ago, after a major burnout, I left my corporate job and followed the path of the soul and entrepreneurship. Since then, I have fallen in love with: • this world itself; • the beautiful people I have met along the way; • the women and men I have guided and supported; • learning; • the peace and stillness that this path brings me. Today, I share from my own experience and knowledge, joyfully guiding those who need support in their journey – whether they face emotional, mental, spiritual, or physical challenges.
