About me

Welcome! I am Monica, clinical psychologist and psychotherapist with training in integrative psychotherapy and EFT (Emotionally Focused Therapy), accredited by the Romanian College of Psychologists - code 25393, member of the Institute of Integrative Psychotherapy and of the Romanian Federation of Psychotherapy. Psychology interested me from my early professional career - at first it was consumer psychology to help me develop communication campaigns, later when I became a parent I wanted to develop myself by following the parenting course developed according to Thomas Gordon's method. Over time, psychology attracted me more and more, with each book I've read, with each documentary or podcast I've watched, and then with each session of my personal psychotherapy process. Thus, in 2017, empowered by self- discovery process which revealed my personal resources and limits, I made the professional change and become psychologist and psychotherapist. Since then my journey has been about people, with people and for people. I believe that as human beings we are wholesome when in touch with our mind, body and soul. They are interdependent, and we are well when all these parts of us are well and in harmony. Every journey begins with a step. I'm here if you want to take the step towards your best self!
