About me

I am Nadina Pantea, I am a cognitive-behavioral psychotherapist under supervision, accredited by the Romanian College of Psychologists and by the Romanian Association of Cognitive-Behavioral Psychotherapies. I have a relatively eclectic approach to therapy, trying to combine knowledge from several cognitive-behavioral approaches, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Schema Therapy (ST), Contextual Schema Therapy (CST). For me, psychotherapy and the entire field of psychology are areas through which I engage with personal values and I am grateful for the opportunity to work in this field. I am also grateful for the trust that my patients have in me, as well as for the vulnerability offered as we create the space and dedicate ourselves to navigating and solving sufferings, knowing and self-knowing. I have also faced and am facing a variety of things, anxiety, depression, unhealthy relations, a rather late ADHD diagnosis, with which I am learning each day to know and integrate it within my life. Other aspects about my training and education, I studied psychology (BSc) at the Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences at Babeș-Bolyiai University, then following the master's degree in Clinical Psychology, Psychological Counseling and Psychotherapy. 🏳️‍🌈 friendly therapist :)

Nadina e o persoana de nota 10 si o adevarata profesionista, care mereu ma face sa ma simt confortabil la fiecare ședința. Colaboram de aproape 2 ani, iar Nadina a fost mereu înțelegătoare și mi-a dat sfaturi bune și constructive. Mulțumesc!

I find Nadina's approach very useful! She's the first therapist I went to who found actually feasible and kind ways in which I can cope with my feelings. I'm happy to admit that I see myself through a kinder lens now. I definitely recommend her!

Mulțumesc Nadina pentru tot ajutorul oferit! Mă simt mult mai bine după un an de terapie împreuna și mult mai în control asupra emoțiilor și acțiunilor mele.  Nadina este înțelegătoare, empatică, nu judecă, și are mereu exemple și strategii care să te ajute să te simți mai bine in momente dificile. M-a ajutat să mă valorizez mai mult pe mine însămi și să mă raportez într-un mod mai sănătos la alte persoane. M-a învățat și să identific tipare de comportament care nu erau foarte benefice pentru mine, ne-am uitat împreună de unde ar putea veni aceste tipare, și mi-a oferit sfaturi despre cum as putea să ma deconectez de ele. Îi sunt foarte recunoscătoare și o recomand cu drag pe Nadina, o persoana foarte safe și căreia îi pasă de pacienții ei 🧚✨🌞 O să-mi fie un pic dor de ședințele noastre ❤️
