𝑾𝒆𝒍𝒄𝒐𝒎𝒆 𝒕𝒐 𝒕𝒉𝒊𝒔 𝒔𝒑𝒂𝒄𝒆 𝒐𝒇 𝒑𝒆𝒓𝒔𝒐𝒏𝒂𝒍 𝒅𝒊𝒔𝒄𝒐𝒗𝒆𝒓𝒚 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒅𝒆𝒗𝒆𝒍𝒐𝒑𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕! I am 𝑵𝒊𝒄𝒐𝒍𝒆𝒕𝒂 𝑹𝒐𝒙𝒂𝒏𝒂 𝑫𝒐𝒃𝒓𝒆, integrative psychotherapist, specialised in working with trauma and attachment issues. On the journey I have made so far, with dedication, patience, care, compassion and a lot of love, I have brought back home parts of myself. We come into the world with many gifts and prerequisites to become healthy and balanced adults who can enjoy life. But in the course of our development, life happens and obstacles, distortions, unfulfilled needs and other shortcomings arise...so we end up losing parts of ourselves and creating adaptations that help us survive rather than thrive. In my own healing journey: I integrated my emotions and relearned to love myself and love life. I relearned what connection means, I relearned to enjoy nature and all that life has to offer me, just as it is. I learned that I can create better, healthier relationships, both with myself and with others. I learned to be patient and what it means to be quiet and relaxed. I relearned who I am, under all beliefs and limitations. I relearned what it feels like to live with joy and safety in my body. I relearned what spirituality and intimacy mean to me. I relearned that I am part of something that is bigger than me, and that I don't need to grasp everything with my mind, but that it is enough to open my heart with love and I will feel it. I would be honored to accompany you on this journey. The therapeutic process is a co-creation. I work in both Romanian and English, in online individual sessions. My approach is relationship-centered, with elements, techniques, and tools that help integrate all parts of you: mind, body, emotions, and spirit. In working with trauma, the approach I use is integrative, with somatic elements, in a contained and slow rhythm. I also support clients in (re)discovering and developing creative skills, in professional reconversions and acquiring a new perspective on life and its various fields. I organize creative writing workshops, educational and interactive workshops, circles with femininity themes.
