About me

I'm a Gestalt psychotherapist in supervision, who graduated the Integrative Gestalt Therapy Institute from Bucharest, a complex and deep learning experience where I've learned how to accept my emotions, to bring them into awareness, to work with them, here and now, how to express them in healthy manner while dancing with the vulnerability. Today as a Gestalt psychotherapist I'm humbled and I respect every life story that I interact with, I do my best to understand it while hearing it with my entire being, in full contact, and I walk next to the client, fully supportive, in the therapeutic process.
