Oana Monica Nae

About me

I am an autonomous clinical psychologist and a graduate of the Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences at the University of Bucharest. I have completed three master’s degree programs in psychology: Emotion-Focused Psychotherapy, Organizational Behavior and Psychological Counseling, and Sport Psychology. I am currently undertaking professional training in psychotherapy at the Romanian Institute for Emotion-Focused Psychotherapy and I am also involved in the CAIPE program – the Clinic for Psychological and Educational Assistance and Intervention at the University of Bucharest. My professional training enables me to address emotional and relational difficulties, as well as challenges related to motivation, performance, professional life, career guidance, and finding balance between the different roles we take on in life. My academic background also includes studies in sociology, theatre studies, photography, and cultural marketing, fields that have enriched my understanding of identity, creativity, and human expression. I believe in a therapeutic relationship grounded in empathy, authenticity, and safety. I offer a space where you can explore what you feel without fear of judgment, at your own pace, with patience and gentleness.
