About me

I am Răzvan Iliș, a clinical psychologist and psychotherapist accredited by the College of Psychologists of Romania, with nearly 20 years of experience in this profession. During this time, I have explored various areas of psychology through the competencies acquired over the years, from working in the organizational environment to individual counseling and psychotherapy. I have provided psychological counseling to explore, understand, and develop adaptation and resilience strategies for those who have sought my support. I have assessed organization members to determine their psycho-emotional balance and their ability to carry out their activities under the best conditions. I have provided consultancy for recruiting professionals to complement the organizational puzzle, and I have delivered training and programs aimed at maintaining the integrity of this puzzle.
