Panic attacks, anxiety, depression are at the top and unfortunately, some people believe that they can't be cured or that their self-confidence stays that way for life. Nothing could be further from the truth! Scientific studies contradict these popular beliefs. My profession is a clinical psychologist and I am accredited by the Romanian College of Psychologists. I use holistic methods that bring mind, body, and spirit back into balance. In addition to psychological counseling, I run personal development groups. I focus on a healthy lifestyle, take into account medical analysis, use scientifically and empirically validated psychological techniques designed to bring you the desired results.
