Hi there, I am Ruxandra Neacsu, and I would say that it is no coincidence that you stopped by my profile, so I am glad to meet you in this space where we can connect even before looking eye to eye and soul to soul. I am a licensed psychologist, member of the Romanian Psychologist Association (APR), ANC- accredited Personal Development Facilitator and Master of Organizational Psychology and Human Resources, with over 10 years working with people – from recruiting, retention, process implementation, people experience, and administration. Passionate about listening, supporting, and understanding others. I've been trained to help you navigate difficult situations, explore healthier behaviors, cope with challenging emotions, and reach your well-being goals. My motivation is to accompany you on this journey of self-discovery so that you can achieve the desired changes and step confidently into your relationships with yourself, with others, and with life. I'm interested in learning about your goals and resources for developing the areas that are important to you (family life, social circle, work performance). Maybe these goals aren't always clear from the start, but we can work together to discover who you are beneath the surface story and the defense shield you've built over time, a shield that protects but may not allow you or those close to you to truly get to know you, the authentic you.
