About me

I am a psychologist and psychotherapist, trained in systemic family and couple therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and trauma-informed interventions, including TBRI® (Trust-Based Relational Intervention). I have experience working both individually and in groups with children, adolescents, and adults, as well as with individuals in vulnerable situations (victims of human trafficking and refugees). In my practice, I integrate relational approaches centered on safety and attachment, alongside art therapy techniques tailored to each person’s needs. I offer a structured, empathetic, and safe therapeutic space, focused on emotional regulation, trauma healing, and strengthening personal resources.
