Sînziana Davidescu

About me

My name is Sînziana, and I am a clinical psychologist and integrative psychotherapist. I studied Psychology at the University of Vienna in Austria and completed my master's degree in Clinical and Health Psychology at the University of Friborg in Switzerland. Afterward, I returned to Romania to continue my professional and personal development. During my own therapy, I encountered certain blockages that led me to explore other types of therapy, such as transpersonal, emotion-focused, couples therapy, and somatic therapy. I now integrate these approaches into my work when I believe it will be beneficial. After years of personal growth and overcoming various challenges, including changing negative thought patterns, behaviors, jobs, and relationships that did not align with my true self, I want to support you on your journey to freedom. I believe that the issues we face, whether it's anxiety, depression, challenging situations, or a general sense of dissatisfaction with our relationships or jobs, stem from a disconnection with ourselves, our inner strength, and the multitude of inner resources that we have to grow from these experiences. My intention is to guide you in the process of self-discovery, helping you become aware of your needs and desires, and supporting you in empowering yourself and tapping into your inner strength to break free from what no longer serves you in your personal growth.
