About me

Hello! My name is Sonia, and I want you to know that I'm already excited to meet you. My involvement in the field of psychology began from a desire to understand people, from a passion for listening to them and helping them become their best and most authentic selves. I completed my undergraduate studies at the University of Psychology and Educational Sciences at Babeș-Bolyai University, and later pursued the Master's program in Clinical Psychology, Psychotherapy, and Psychological Counseling at the same university. My focus is to help as many individuals as possible embrace self-love, self-acceptance, and their own thoughts. I would be delighted to get to know each other better and embark together on this journey of self-discovery.
