Hi! My name is Teona and I am a Cognitive-Behavioral Psychotherapist, as well as a Narcissistic Abuse Treatment Psychotherapist. I am trained in cognitive-behavioral psychotherapy at Babeș-Bolyai University Cluj-Napoca, Romania, which is the most validated and appreciated form of therapy today, as well as in the field of national security and risk assessment following master studies in Judicial Psychology at the same university. In this regard, I have the competence both to offer counseling on personal development and to properly intervene when it comes to psychological disorders and serious scenarios, through a meticulous assessment of each case and an evidence-based practice. My involvement in the scientific community focusing on narcissism, a phenomenon which I have been studying for 5 years, following a training in the USA in this area, I am also a "Narcissistic Abuse Treatment Psychotherapist". Thus, I am trauma-informed and able to recognize this type of abuse and its consequences, helping clients gradually heal.
