Integrative psychotherapy is an approach that views each person as a whole, taking into account emotional, cognitive, relational, and developmental aspects. It combines evidence-based techniques from different therapeutic orientations with a strong focus on the therapeutic relationship, which is considered a central factor in change and healing. I am Roxana Trușcă, a psychologist and integrative psychotherapist in training. I work with adults, children, and parents who are facing emotional difficulties, periods of emotional blockage, anxiety, sadness, adaptation challenges, or relational issues. I believe that each person has their own rhythm and unique life story. In therapy, I aim to create a safe, empathetic, and non-judgmental space where you can feel truly heard and understood. My integrative approach allows me to tailor the therapeutic process to your individual needs and goals. In my work with children and families, I pay special attention to the emotional and relational context, collaboration with parents, and supporting the child’s adaptation to school, family changes, or other life transitions. When working with adults, we focus on understanding current difficulties, identifying personal resources, and developing healthier ways of coping with life’s challenges. Therapy is a process of exploration and clarification, as well as a journey toward reconnection with oneself. I aim to support you step by step, within a framework based on respect, collaboration, and authenticity.
